Madison Trailer Rentals LLC — Hudson, FL 34669
Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
At Madison Trailer Rentals LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their trailer and tire purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains the requirements for returning tires, tire-and-rim combinations, and trailers purchased from Madison Trailer Rentals LLC.
By purchasing a tire or trailer from Madison Trailer Rentals LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
Tire Return Policy
Trailer tires must be inspected before installation or use. Tires that have been mounted, installed, inflated, used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.
Unused tires may be considered for return when they are:
- Unmounted and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from damage, punctures, stains, or excessive handling
- Returned within the time period agreed upon at the time of purchase
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
All tire returns are subject to inspection and approval by Madison Trailer Rentals LLC.
Tire and Rim Combo Returns
Tire-and-rim combinations must be inspected carefully before installation.
A tire and rim combination may not be eligible for return once it has been installed, mounted on a trailer, inflated for use, or otherwise used.
Before purchasing a tire-and-rim combination, customers should verify the tire size, load range, wheel diameter, bolt pattern, and other applicable specifications.
Trailer Sales Return Policy
Trailer purchases are considered final once the trailer has been purchased, titled, delivered, or removed from our property, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Madison Trailer Rentals LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
Customers should thoroughly inspect a trailer before completing their purchase.
Once a trailer has been taken into the customer's possession, returns are generally not accepted simply because the customer changes their mind, determines that the trailer is not needed, or decides that a different size or model would be preferable.
Trailer Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the trailer before purchase, including:
- Trailer size and configuration
- Tires and wheels
- Lights
- Coupler and hitch components
- Safety chains
- Frame and body
- Deck or flooring
- Axles and suspension
- Brakes, when equipped
- Overall condition and appearance
Customers are responsible for confirming that the trailer is appropriate for their intended use and compatible with their tow vehicle.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe a tire or trailer has a manufacturing defect or was damaged before you received it, contact Madison Trailer Rentals LLC as soon as possible.
Do not continue using a product that you believe may be defective or unsafe.
We may inspect the product to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, damage occurring before delivery, normal wear and tear, misuse, overloading, improper installation, an accident, or another cause.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's individual terms and conditions.
Trailer Rental Policy
Trailer rentals are different from trailer sales and are governed by the terms of the rental agreement signed at the time of rental.
Rental deposits, reservation fees, cancellations, late returns, damage charges, cleaning fees, and other rental charges are subject to the applicable rental agreement.
A trailer rental is not considered a purchase, and the return policy for purchased trailers does not apply to rental transactions.
Refunds
When a return or refund is approved, Madison Trailer Rentals LLC will determine the applicable refund amount based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the return.
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method when practical.
Shipping, delivery, installation, mounting, labor, or other services may not be refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered at the discretion of Madison Trailer Rentals LLC and are subject to product condition, availability, and applicable charges.
Customers should verify the correct tire or trailer specifications before completing their purchase.
Important Safety Notice
Trailer tires and trailers are safety-related products. Customers are responsible for using the correct tire size, load rating, wheel configuration, and trailer specifications for their application.
Never exceed the manufacturer's recommended load capacity.
If you are unsure which tire or trailer is appropriate for your needs, please contact Madison Trailer Rentals LLC before making your purchase.
